Apple App Store (iOS)
Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Abide does not have access to Apple billing systems.
Apple typically honors refund requests within 30 days of purchase, but approval is at its discretion.
How to request a refund from Apple:
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
Find your Abide subscription and click Report or Report a Problem.
Choose the reason (“App not working on device” is often accepted) and submit your request.
