How do I unlock my meditations, I have a subscription? (locked out)

We apologize if you are finding yourself locked out of your meditations! 

First and foremost, make sure your Abide is updated on your devices and your device itself is updated.

Visit the App Store or Google Play Store to update the app without having to uninstall and reinstall.

Android devices

The wrong EMAIL ADDRESS is the most common reason that you find our meditations locked. Please check that you are logged into your paid account with the correct email.

Tap on More... > Settings > Account details > What email address do you see

Log out of Abide and log back in with the exact email you used to unlock Abide. You may also go to More... > Settings > Restore Purchase

 If this does not work contact Customer Support 

iOS devices

Try restoring your purchase by launching Abide and going to

More... > Settings > Restore Purchase.
