MONTHLY TO ANNUAL
The only way to switch your subscription from monthly to annual is by canceling your current subscription and then re-subscribing for an annual subscription.
iTunes/APP STORE
(We do not have access to iTunes accounts, you must go through your account to do this)
Access your device's subscription settings through the Abide app "Manage Subscription" in your Abide settings tap the word "here" to be redirected to your phone's iTunes settings. Once there, you should see the Abide subscription listed with an option to cancel. If you see Abide listed, but it doesn't show a cancel or green checkmark next to a subscription, then the subscription has already been canceled.
If you cancel early, you will continue to have access to the Premium features until the end of your subscription.
Once you cancel your monthly, you may select the annual subscription listed or contact Customer Support
GOOGLE PLAY
To manage your subscription, either open the Google Play Store app and then select "My Apps" and look for the Subscriptions tab, or go to the Google Play Store website, click 'Account' in the left-hand menu, and scroll down to the Subscriptions section. You can also access the subscription through the Abide app, by Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription.
With GOOGLE PLAY or STRIPE PAY, you may contact Customer Support and we can assist you with changing your subscription, we do not have access to iTunes accounts.
