How Do I Set The Audio Length Of Time, Sleep Timer And Repeat Feature? iOS

Quick Answer:

On the meditation player screen, tap Time (bottom center) to set how long a meditation or sleep story plays, use the three dots (...) in the top right to set a Sleep Timer, and tap Repeat (bottom left) to loop tracks.

🕒 Audio Length (Meditation and Sleep Story Duration)

• At the bottom center of your meditation player, tap Time.

• Choose how long you’d like the same bedtime story to play:

  • 15 min, 30 min, 60 min, or 90 min.

😴 Sleep Timer

• Tap the three dots (...) in the upper right corner of your meditation screen.

• Select Sleep Timer.

• Choose when the audio should stop:

  • 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, or 8 hours.

🔁 Repeat Feature

• In the bottom left corner of the meditation player, tap Repeat.

• Choose one of the following:

  • Repeat this track

  • Autoplay next by current narrator

  • Autoplay next by any narrator

  • Autoplay off
