Each user can only enjoy one free trial with Abide. If you previously used a free trial or subscription, signing up again will automatically begin a paid subscription.

If you’ve already used a trial or had a past subscription, the system will roll directly into a paid subscription, even if it was a long time ago.

Find the Abide subscription charge.

If you see the “Report” or “Report a Problem” button next to the item, click it.

Follow the instructions to select a reason and submit your request.
