Quick Answer: You can manage your Abide subscription in the Apple App Store or directly through the Abide app under More > Settings > Manage Subscription.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top).

Select Subscriptions.

Find Abide in the list.

From here you can:

View your subscription details
-
Update your payment method
-
Cancel or renew your subscription

📲 Manage in the Abide App

Open the Abide app.
-
Tap More (bottom right).

Tap Settings.

Select Manage Subscription.

This will take you to the App Store subscription page.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this response. How long must I be a member of abide before I can get help for my Samsung Galaxy Note S 23 Android phone ( which I just checked before submitting this, is still the most popular form of phone globally)?

Please know you are looking at the iOS Manage Subscription...we do have an Android FAQ article as well. You did, at one time, have an Apple subscription to Abide, but at this time, you do not have a subscription.
