To help you meet your sleep goals, you can use the Health app to schedule times for unwinding at the end of your day and to easily access Abide's Bedtime Stories with Wind Down Shortcuts.
To manage your health data and connect apps with the Health app on iOS, open the Health app, tap your profile picture(or tap Profile on iPad), then tap "Apps" under Privacy. You'll see a list of compatible apps; select the ones you want to connect and choose the data categories to share.
- Open the Health app: Launch the Health app on your iPhone or iPad.

Access Privacy settings:
- On iPhone: Tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
- On iPad: Tap Profile in the upper-left corner.
- Manage Apps: Tap "Apps" under Privacy.
- Select and configure apps: You will see a list of compatible apps. Tap an app and toggle on the specific health categories you want to share (e.g., steps, distance, heart rate).
- Review and adjust: You can revisit these settings at any time to manage your data sharing preferences.
If you have Sleep Mode enabled on your iPhone, and you have Abide's Wind Down Shortcuts set up
Tap on Shortcuts > tap the Abide shortcut to get directly to the Sleep Screen.
