How Do I Change The Background Music? (iOS)

You can adjust or turn off background music either from the Home screen (top left music icon) or directly from the meditation player (bottom center music control).

🎼 Option 1: From the Home Screen

1. Make sure your Abide app is updated.

2. On the Home screen, tap the Music feature (upper left corner).

3. Toggle ON/OFF the music features you’d like to use.

4. Adjust volume and select your background music/sound by scrolling through the artwork.

5. Tap your preferred background — a blue box will highlight your selection.

🎧 Option 2: From the Meditation Player

• While listening, tap the Music feature at the bottom of your meditation screen.

• Choose or adjust the background music and volume without leaving your session.

This way, you can fully customize your Abide experience for peaceful prayer, meditation, or sleep.
