You will find the most listen-to meditations at the top of the list. 
"New" stories are listed under the Latest tab (and are free for 48 hours)

Select audio length to play from 15, 30, 60, and 90 minutes.
Select Stop audio in length from 5 minutes to 8 hours. 

Set the music to continue with the music feature.

• FAVORITES: When you tap ♡ on your meditation, the meditation will save to Favorites under the More tab. To DELETE a Favorite, tap on the red heart again.
• DOWNLOADS: Here you will find your list of downloaded meditations. These are saved on your device and may be removed by you at any time, located under the More tab. 
• HISTORY: Every meditation you listen to for more than 30 seconds is saved here. There is no way of changing this. 
• JOURNAL: When you journal on any of your meditations, they will be saved here and you have constant access to them whenever you like. When you tap on a journal entry that you wrote after meditation, the meditation is also saved so you may REPLAY your meditation right from your journal entry!
  You may DELETE journal entries by tapping on them and selecting the TRASH can in the top right corner of your screen.
