How do I change the background music? Android

The music feature can be found on the Home page in the upper left corner.  

1. Tap on and select your music choices by swiping right to left. Once selected, your selections will highlight blue. 
2. Music volume, toggle up or down

3. Select when you would like to listen to music

* At app open: If you want a calming prelude to your meditation, or music while you scroll. 

* During Playback: Music plays throughout your meditations. This is especially helpful if you’re doing a longer meditation with more space between readings

* After Playback: Set music to continue your time in the Word as long as you need it.

* Outside the App: Abide music superfans, you have the option to keep the music going.  It’ll play in the background as you start or end your day.

Toggle all to OFF  if you prefer no music!

** VOLUME on the PHONE - controls the volume of the narrator's voice

To close out of Abide, swipe up and off your phone's home screen.
