How does a free trial work? (iOS)

Quick Answer: When you download the Abide app on iPhone or iPad, you’ll see an optional pop-up to try a 7-day free trial of Abide Premium. Apple manages all activation, billing, and cancellations. If you don’t want the trial, simply tap the X to skip and continue with the free version.

🅰️ Selecting the Free Trial

• When invited to try the 7-day Premium trial, the subscription price will be shown at the bottom of the screen.

• If you continue, Apple will charge you at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before Day 7.

• Abide Premium includes full access to extended meditations, Sleep Stories, music, and more.

🅱️ Not Interested in the Free Trial

• Tap the X in the top right corner to skip.

• You’ll be taken to the Today screen, where you can enjoy the free version.

• Premium content will show padlock icons — tapping them will prompt a subscription offer.

🅲 Free Trial Terms

• Tap Try Free and Subscribe to view Apple’s trial terms and pricing.

• The trial runs for 7 days, then renews to a yearly subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.

🅳 Confirm Subscription

• After clicking Confirm, you’ll see a final Apple screen confirming your subscription.

• If you don’t cancel in time, Apple will bill you, and any refund requests must be made directly to Apple.

• If you cancel, your account will revert to the free version when the trial ends.

• If you don’t cancel, Apple will bill you the annual subscription price and you’ll keep Premium access for the year.

• Apple handles all billing, renewals, and refunds — Abide cannot access iTunes accounts.

• Only one free trial is available per Apple ID. If you’ve used a free trial before, you will roll directly into a subscription.
