Make sure you know your password before deleting.
If you request a password reset, check your spam/junk folder if the reset email doesnβt arrive.
π Please Note:
Your personal history will remain safe.
Any downloaded content will be removed.
To easily re-download your favorites, take a screenshot of your Downloads section before rebooting.
π Steps to Reboot Your Abide App
Delete the Abide app from your device.
Reinstall it from the App Store (iOS)
Open the app and tap Already have an account? Sign in or Continue with Email.
Sign back in with your email and password.
π Troubleshooting Tip
Forgot your password? Use the password reset option, and check spam/junk if the reset email doesnβt arrive.
Not sure which email you used? Try searching your inbox for βAbideβ to find subscription or welcome emails.

Delete your Abide app by holding your finger down on the Abide icon > tap Remove App

Note: You might be unable to delete an app on your iPhone due to Screen Time restrictions. Check Screen Time settings under Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases and ensure "Deleting Apps" is set to Allow.
Reinstall the Abide app from the App Store
Tap "Already have an account," or you may "Continue with email" / "Continue with Apple"
