Quick Answer: To set a bedtime reminder:
More... → Settings → Bedtime Reminders → Set your time
(Make sure Notifications are turned on in your phone Settings.)

Bedtime Reminders on Android

  1. Turn Notifications on in your phone's Settings.

  2. In Abide, tap More... → Settings → Bedtime Reminders.

  3. Set the time you’d like to be reminded.
