Quick Answer: Before deleting your Abide account, first make sure you do not have an active subscription through Apple, Google Play, or Stripe. Then you can delete your account and data directly in the Abide app under More > Settings > Account Details > Delete Account.
📱 Check Your Subscription First
On iOS (Apple):

Open the App Store.

Tap your photo (upper right).

Tap Purchased (you may need your Apple ID password or Touch ID).

Here you’ll see all apps you’ve downloaded.

To view billing details, go to Settings > [Your Name/Email Address] > Purchase History.

This shows what you’re currently being charged.

(For Android or Stripe purchases, check Google Play or your Stripe billing emails before proceeding.)
🗑️ Delete Your Abide Account & Data

Open the Abide app.

Tap More > Settings.

Tap Account Details.

Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account removes your data permanently. Please ensure your subscription is canceled first to avoid future charges.
