📲 Step-by-Step: Adjust Music on iOS & Android

From the Today Tab

1. Open the Abide app.

2. Go to the Today tab.

3. Tap the Music icon 🎵 in the top left corner.

4. Toggle music ON or OFF for:

   • On App Open (music while browsing before starting a track)

   • During Playback (adds music to meditations without embedded audio)

   • After Playback (music on completion screen or while navigating after a session)

   • Outside the App (music continues even when Abide is closed)

From the Meditation Player

1. Start any meditation or sleep story.

2. Tap the music icon 🎵 at the bottom of the player screen.

3. Scroll through background music and sound options.

4. Tap your preferred sound — a blue box will highlight your selection.

5. Adjust volume using your device’s volume buttons.

🎨 Visual Option

• Allow Motion Effect: Turn ON/OFF the subtle movement of the meditation artwork while you listen.

With these settings, you can fully customize how Abide’s music and soundscapes enhance your meditation or sleep experience.
