Abide is an audio-first app, so we don’t provide in-app text transcripts. However, you may be able to use your device’s accessibility features (like captions) or watch select Abide meditations on YouTube with subtitles.

Why No Text in the App

We focus on audio experiences because reading along while meditating can make it harder to relax.
