How Do I Adjust The Background Music Or Narrator’s Voice VOLUME?

🎶 Background Music Volume

There are two places in the app where you can adjust background music:

1. Meditation Player Screen – tap the Music icon at the bottom of the screen, and use the slider to set your preferred level.

2. Music Icon – tap the Music icon at the top of your Home screen and adjust the slider.

🎙️ Narrator’s Voice Volume

• To adjust the narrator’s voice, simply use the volume control on your phone or streaming device.
