Quick Answer:
Open the Google Play Store, go to your Profile > Manage apps & device, tap Abide, then tap Update.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your Profile picture in the upper right corner.
3. Tap Manage apps & device.
4. Under Updates available, find and tap the app you want to update.
  
  Tip: Apps with an update available are labeled “Update available.”
5. Tap Abide.
6. Tap Update.
7. Once finished, tap Open to launch Abide.
