How do I receive an Apple App Store subscription REFUND?

You must request a refund directly through Apple.  Because of Apple’s strict privacy policies, we don't have access to manage Apple App Store subscriptions directly.  Only the Apple App Store account holder can request a cancellation or refund through their system.

How to request a refund 

1. Tap here reportaproblem.apple.com 
   You will be asked to fill in your email/password. 

2. What can we help you with? > Tap the pull-down menu > Select Request a Refund.

3. Then under Tell us more > Select My purchase doesn't work as expected

4. Select NEXT and you should receive a notification about the refund being reviewed.
