If you were charged after signing up for a Free Trial, most likely you already enjoyed a Free Trial or subscription with us in the past.
A free trial is something you may enjoy one time. If you sign up for a free trial after already having one, our system is set to immediately roll into a subscription regardless of how long ago it was. We do apologize for any confusion!
How to request a refund
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
- Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
