Rebooting your Abide app with a quick reboot will often help in updating and fixing glitches.
Steps to reboot your Abide app
1. Delete your Abide app by holding your finger down on the Abide icon > tap remove the app
(you will lose your downloads, but nothing else!)
2. Turn your phone OFF and back ON
3. Reinstall the Abide app from the App Store
4. You will see a screen to Continue with email and Already have an account. Select these and type in your email address
Tap Continue with Email and fill in your email/password
