How do I reboot (delete) my Abide app?

🔐 Important: Before rebooting, please make sure you know your password. When you request a password reset, check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it to your inbox. 

📂 Please Note:

• Your personal history will remain safe.
• However, any downloaded content will be removed.
  If you’d like to easily find and redownload your favorite content later, we recommend taking a quick screenshot of your Downloads section before proceeding.

🔄 Steps to Reboot Your Abide App:

1. Delete the Abide app from your device.
2. Reinstall the Abide app from the App Store
3. Sign back in using your email and password.
   • Be sure to tap “Already have an account? Sign in” or “Continue with Email” during login.

You will see a screen to "Continue with email" or "Already have an account".
