📲 Option 1: Update in the Abide App
Open the Abide app.
Tap MORE... in the bottom menu.
Select Settings.

📩 Option 2: Unsubscribe from Emails
Open any Abide email.
Scroll to the bottom.
Tap Unsubscribe to stop receiving emails.
