iOS Notifications (Push Notifications)

To adjust the Notifications on your iOS device:

1. From your device’s home screen, tap the “Settings” icon.
2. From the “Settings” menu, tap “Notifications”.
3. From here, find Abide.
4. From here, tap “Allow Notifications” and then choose your options for how you wish to receive push notifications.

Alerts section

The Alerts section shows three alert types: Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners; followed by options to change the Banner Style or enable Sounds and Badges for an app.

• Show on Lock Screen: This will display all unread push notifications on your device’s locked screen.
• Show in Notification Center: Your push notifications will also show up in your device’s Notification Center.
  
• Banners: Banners are the pop-up notifications you see while you're using your phone.

• Banner Style: You can choose between Temporary or Persistent.
• Sounds: These are the audio tone alerts. You will receive a sound on your device each time you receive a push notification.
  
• Badges: You will have a little number icon next to your app’s icon that displays the number of unread push notifications you have for that app.

Lock Screen Appearance section

Here you can choose when to Show Previews and how you would like to set your Notification Grouping.
