How do I download meditations? iOS

On the Abide app, meditations and bedtime stories may be downloaded for future listening offline. 

To download a meditation or bedtime story, on an iOS device:

Start the meditation or bedtime story and set the length you'd like to listen to. You will see a three-dot icon at the upper right corner of the meditation screen to download for offline use. Tap the three dots to download the current track you are listening to.

(For Guides, it will download all guide steps at once.)

If it is successful, you will be prompted to "remove download".    

To access downloaded content for offline listening:

From the More tab, tap on the Library option, and then tap on Downloads.

On this Downloads screen, you will see a list of all your downloaded Sleep Stories and Meditations.

If you wish to remove downloaded tracks from your device, go back to the three dots on the meditation you would like to remove and select "remove download".
