1. Make sure your device and Abide app are updated and turn your device off/on to reboot after the update.
2. Are you using strong wifi?
3. Clear your device cache: iOS device or Android device
4. If your background restrictions are on, you may want to turn these off on your device.
Android devices:
Settings > Apps & Notifications > App Info > Abide > Mobile data & Wifi > Background data (turn off)
iOS devices:
Settings > Screen Time > Check Always Allowed > Abide
Then go to Settings > Abide > Background App Refresh > Abide "ON"
After enabling these settings, it is always good to turn your phone off/on for a refresh.
5. Occasionally, the meditation may stop due to your battery usage. Settings > Apps > Abide > Optimize battery usage > Abide is not set to optimize.
6. A good reboot may help as well by Delete Abide > Turn the phone off/on > Reinstall Abide > Log back in.
