Update & Reboot
Make sure your device software and the Abide app are fully updated.
After updating, turn your device off and back on to refresh.

Check Your Connection
Confirm you are using a strong and stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

Allow Background Usage

Android:
Go to Settings > Apps > Abide > Mobile data > Allow background data usage > Turn ON.

iOS:
Go to Settings > Screen Time > Always Allowed > Add Abide.
Then go to Settings > Apps > Abide > Background App Refresh > Turn ON.
After adjusting, restart your phone for a refresh.
