If you have a paid subscription and are locked out of your Abide App, here are the steps to gain access.
On your Abide app, tap on:
More > Settings > Manage subscription
Make sure you have an active subscription under the email address you are logged in with.
Then tap on.
More > Settings > Restore purchase. .
If this does not work, please contact Customer Support, and we will have you up and running in no time!
