Abide is free to download and enjoy in a limited, yet wonderful version!
The free version will have locks on most of the meditations but you may enjoy a two-minute version of many meditations.
Be sure to always tap on the "X" at the top right for the trial pop-up to continue with the free version. This will show on your screen whenever you tap a meditation with a lock.
Current Non-Premium Access:
- The first thumbnail on all sleep screens (full sleep story)
- The first three thumbnails on the meditation screen (all lengths)
- The first three ambient backgrounds
- Various guides, prayers, prayer mosaics, kids stories, and soundscapes
- All other meditations (2-minute version only)
- Sleep stories accessed on the home page [via followed narrators] (preview version ~4-5 minutes)
