At the bottom of your Abide screen you will find these Menu selections:

1. TODAY
- Music/volume: Top right-hand corner 🎵 of the Today screen
- Daily Meditation: You will find our Daily meditations (changes every 24 hours) tap on the artwork to listen. This is pre-selected by the Abide team and is not something you may change.
- There is a View Previous feature here.
Tap HERE for instructions to set the length time of meditation. - Play Meditations For...: This provides you quick access to the meditations listed.
- Recently Played...
- Latest Releases
- Mornings with Jesus
- Stories for Sleep: Quick access to Sleep stories
- Meditations for...based on your interests
- Bible Reading Plan: Five plans that will change monthly
- Daily Bible Reading: This changes each day and is a Scripture reading.
- Relaxing Music: Only music/sounds in which you may tap on the half-moon icon and set when you would like to turn it off. You may also stream to a Bluetooth device.
- Guides: Any meditation with "steps"
- Journal: You may journal here and after each meditation. You will find your journal entries under the Profile tab. Tap SAVE on the upper right-hand corner after journaling.
Note: Based on the time of your meditation, you may also see
- A DAILY/FEATURED SLEEP STORY 😴 Evening Meditation will show up on the top of your Today page between 8 pm - 5 am
- A FEATURED CONTENT PLAYLIST with special content curated by Abide staff regularly (i.e. ☀️ By (a selected narrator), Abide Presents, Catch some zZZ, etc)

We have over 300 Sleep Stories.
You will find the most listen-to meditations at the top of the list.
"New" stories are featured under the Latest tab.

3. MEDITATION
- Menu of all the Topic Titles we offer, simply scroll right to left.
- Tap HERE for Time/Repeat features
4. PROFILE
- Journal Entries These are private and saved on your device.
- Favorites ♡ You can favorite Meditations and Sleep Stories, not Guides.
- Personal History Every meditation you listen to for more than 30 seconds is saved here. There is no way of changing this.
- Downloads You may find your downloaded meditations here.
- Share Abide with Friends!
