🔔 1. Check Notification Settings in the Abide App

Android & iOS : Make sure notifications are enabled under More > Settings > Meditation Reminders or Bedtime Reminders.
📱 2. Check Your Phone’s Notification Settings
Sometimes notifications are turned off at the system level. To fix this:

Go to your phone’s Settings.

Find Abide in your apps list.

Ensure that Notifications are allowed.
🔄 3. Force Close and Restart the App
- Instructions for Apple Devices: Swipe up from the bottom (or double-click Home) and swipe Abide up to close it.
- Instructions for Android Devices: Open your recent apps screen, then swipe Abide away.
- Reopen the Abide app.
⬆️ 4. Make Sure You Have the Latest Version
Outdated apps can cause issues. To update:
