Quick Answer:
If the Abide app isn’t performing properly, try force-closing it on your device, then reopen the app.
On iPhone or iPad

From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle.
On devices with a Home button, double-press the Home button instead.
You’ll see all open apps. Swipe left or right to find Abide.
Swipe up on the Abide app to close it.
On Android
Open the Recent Apps screen (usually by swiping up from the bottom or tapping the square/recent apps button).
Scroll left or right to locate Abide.
Swipe up or down (depending on device) to close it.
