How do Abide "Streaks" work?
The Abide app tracks your listening activity so that it can present you with useful information about your habits and encourage you when you reach milestones.
* The clock resets at 3 am local time.
* Once a streak reaches 5 days, if you miss a day, we’ll freeze your streak for up to 3 days. (Come back and listen to content before then and you’ll pick up the count where you left off.)
* If you’re away for longer than 3 days, your streak will be saved in your history and a new one will start the next time you listen.
