Open the Abide app.

Tap More > Journals.

Select an entry to view or edit.
🗑️ Delete Journal Entries
On iPhone:

Tap More > Journals.

Swipe left on the entry you want to remove.

Tap Delete.
On Android:
-
Tap More > Journals.
-
Select the entry.
-
Tap the trash can at the top of the page.
