Quick Answer: Tap More > Journals in the Abide app to view and edit your entries. To delete an entry, swipe left (iPhone) or tap the trash can (Android).
📖 Access & Edit Your Journal
Open the Abide app.
Tap More > Journal.
Select an entry to view or edit.
🗑️ Delete Journal Entries
On iPhone:
Tap More > Journal.
Swipe left on the entry you want to remove.
Tap Delete.
On Android:
Tap More > Journal.
Select the entry.
Tap the trash can at the top of the page.
