You must request a refund directly through your iTunes account, we do not have access to any iTunes subscriptions or accounts.
How to request a refund
- Tap here reportaproblem.apple.com
You will be asked to fill in your email/password.
2. What can we help you with? > Tap the pull-down menu > Select Request a Refund.
3. Then under Tell us more > Select My purchase doesn't work as expected
4. Select NEXT and you should receive a notification about the refund being reviewed.
