1. Home Tab

• At the top of the screen, you will find the several important feature. 
         Music feature, Streaks, Notifications, Search
  
  
• Music/volume: Top left-hand corner of the Home screen
  
• Streaks
• Notifications
• Carousel: Daily Meditation> Mornings With Jesus > Sleep Story 
  
  
• Daily Meditation: Changes every 24 hours at 4 am. Tap on the artwork to listen.  This is pre-selected by the Abide team and is not something you may change.
• There is a View Previous feature here if you missed a meditation.

• Meditations are selected from your usage and preferences throughout this page. 
• Mornings with Jesus
• Daily Bible
• Bible plans
• Relaxing Music: Cannot be downloaded
• Continue listening 
• Journal:  You will find your journal entries under the MORE tab. Tap SAVE  (check mark) in the upper right-hand corner after journaling.

Note: Based on the time of your meditation, you may also see

• A DAILY/FEATURED SLEEP STORY 😴 Evening Meditation will show up on the top of your HOME page between 8 pm - 5 am
• A FEATURED CONTENT PLAYLIST with special content curated by Abide staff regularly (i.e., ☀️ By (a selected narrator), Abide Presents, Catch some zZZ, etc)
